1. Return Eligibility-
Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product.

We strongly recommend referring to our Size Guide before placing an order. If a product doesn’t fit, you may request an exchange for another size (if available). Refunds for incorrect sizing due to customer error are not applicable.
3. Custom OrdersCustom-made products are crafted as per your specifications and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
4. Order Cancellations-
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

After 24 hours, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
6. Refund Process-
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Refunds apply only to product costs; shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Please ensure returns are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
For items not eligible for a cash refund, we offer store credit, valid for future purchases.
9. Import Duties & Taxes
All international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fees.

If the customer refuses to pay import duties or taxes, resulting in a parcel being held, delayed, or returned, such orders are not eligible for a refund.
